Our story began in 1964 when three ‘New Australians’, one of which was Alf’s father, Domenico, joined an ‘Old Australian’ to build a better Australia. As the Managing Director, Alf drives a strong culture of value engineering, innovation, risk management and project management excellence across all aspects of the business. He is skilled in Negotiation, Construction Engineering, Business Planning and Operations Management with a remarkable capacity for hard work and a willingness to go the extra distance.
Matt confidently leads Belmadar's dynamic pre-construction department. Responsible for leading and managing the pre-construction phase of all of Belmadar's projects. Matt oversees all cost planning, value engineering, feasibility studies, procurement, business development and stakeholder engagement. He develops comprehensive and accurate project proposals that align with Belmadar's clients goals and objectives.
With more than 30 years of on-site construction experience in commercial construction and a strong accounting background. Nick oversees all project delivery focusing on mentoring and design management, ensuring efficient project execution, adhering to budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards to deliver successful projects to our clients.
Brett is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction operations and projects, focusing on WHS, design, time, quality, and completion outcomes are met. He ensures efficient project execution, adhering to budgets and timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards to deliver successful projects to our clients.
With more than 30 years of experience, Maryanne oversees all accounting activities. In addition, she prepares all accounting data needed across the business to make strategic decisions on forecasting, budgeting, and sustainable growth within the company.
With over 14 years of experience in client-facing roles and a strong strategy and communications background, Michelle is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to align with Belmadar's business objectives with market opportunities.
Linda is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth project execution. She coordinates and manages resources to optimise efficiency and productivity while implementing and maintaining quality control measures to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to industry standards.
Stuart is responsible for overseeing the design process and ensuring that projects' architectural and engineering aspects align with client requirements and industry standards. He provides confidence to our clients while guaranteeing high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
With over 30 years of experience providing commercial and contract management support, Barry is a confident communicator who is resilient to pressure and can remain calm and clear-minded. Barry is adept at analysing figures and harnessing data to maximise performance and profit to ensure successful project outcomes.
