Under Alf Marrocco's leadership, Belmadar delivered a great result for Sealy of Australia's New South Wales factory and office refurbishment in 2012. The Belmadar team completed the project efficiently, whilst recognising Sealy's operational requirements, which continued throughout the duration of the works. Belmadar's project management was of a high standard, with Sealy's expectations being exceeded on what proved to be a 'showcase' build."

Belmadar have been nothing short of an exceptional contractor on this project and we anticipate that our relationship will continue well into the future based on their performance.

Belmadar were invited to tender on this project with very short notice and issue a very challenging program in order to meet the client's program. While the project is not complete at the date of this reference they are well and truly in front of the program and the only tenderer who could commit in the delivering of the project for both the clients budget and program.

What is most impressive about their performance is that they have managed to successfully deliver additional works requested by the landlord totalling more than half of their contract value within the same period with no delay."

They achieved the budget by providing innovative and smart solutions that were sympathetic to the overall design and what Coca-Cola were trying to achieve. Ultimately this helped us to realize our goals for the site and CCA staff. We met our budget targets and have an exceptional building for our staff and visitors to enjoy"
