Understanding the space, design, and usability of the project enabled the development of a creative construction solution that transformed a dark labyrinth into a light-filled functional space for day-to-day business operations. Designed and constructed in house, the detailed purpose-built joinery, light fittings and new work stations all helped set the tone for a productive space. Works involved: Working to a deadline and ensuring that day to day operations were not impacted. Creating a light-filled interior, despite limited windows due to the building's confinement on three sides. Created a light, air-filled space with creative lighting, including the incorporation of skylights Working around the restrictions surrounding the hydraulics services. The result was a Bespoke office environment creating a productive workspace for the Belmadar team.
