The restoration of the Heritage-listed building CBC Bank Building on George Street.
EXCELLENCE IS IN THE DETAILS
The Heritage-listed building known as the CBC Bank Building was completed in 1925. It was home to the Commerical Banking Company until 2008, when it became home to the National Australia Bank.
Today it has a series of commercial tenancies to organizations such as Atlassian and Burberry.
The City of Sydney engaged Belmadar to rectify the facade on the rear lane. Works include:
- Lead Paint Removal
- Render and Concrete Repairs
- Repairs and Renovation of steel windows
- Lead parapet flashings and repainting.
Belmadar is excited to partner again with the City of Sydney to deliver this project.
