Belmadar is excited to be working with the City of Sydney again to transform the Heritage-listed Pyrmont Community Centre.

This project will connect existing spaces and structures with a series of architectural stitches and splints, assembling the building fabric built across a timeline of over 100 years into a cohesive structure for the wider-community.

This bold adaptive reuse of the Community Centre highlights what Belmadar are good at – a complex, high end heritage project on a very tight inner city site.
