This project provides a dynamic and engaging learning environment designed to support a wide range of student needs and interests. The new building includes General Learning Areas along with specialized spaces for Technological and Applied Studies (TAS), Visual Arts, and Design and Technology.

An adjoining single-storey pavilion houses a canteen, hospitality training facility, uniform shop, and a covered outdoor learning area (COLA). New landscaping and improvements to the south-eastern carpark support better access and usability across the campus.
