On the 11th of March, Belmadar attended and sponsored the seminar, 'Tools of the Trade: The Modern Tradies Mental Toolkit', hosted by Aaron Huey. 

Suicide rates for construction workers are double that of any other industry, accounting for a quarter of all suicides within Australia. As a company, we feel it is our responsibility to raise awareness within the community as well as support our employees and subcontractors by providing them with the necessary tools to prioritise their mental health.
