Waverley Council has approached Belmadar with the transformation of the Bronte Surf Life Saving Club. With over 120 years of history at at one of NSW's most loved beaches, Bronte Surf Life Saving Club is a local institution rich in tradition and culture.

The works involves demolishing the existing club building to make way for a modern, purpose-built facility that meets the needs for surf lifesaving, Waverley Council's park operations and the broader community.

This project will feature a reinforced concrete structure with rooftop gardens, enhancing lifeguard operations, increasing green space, whilst improving public access. The redevelopment will also provide upgraded training and first-aid facilities, accessible amenities, council staff areas, administrative offices and community spaces including a gym, function room and kiosk along with a upgraded prominade.
