Futuro Cobbitty Childcare is a state-of-the-art early learning facility designed to accommodate up to 119 children. The centre features purpose-built rooms tailored to the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers, complemented by a range of high-quality amenities including a kitchen, staff room, laundry, accessible bathrooms, storage areas, a secure entry foyer, and expansive outdoor play spaces.

Belmadar was engaged from the project’s inception through an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process. This collaborative approach to planning and design ensures that functional, operational, and long-term objectives are fully addressed throughout development. The construction of Cobbitty Childcare represents Belmadar’s continued commitment to creating high-quality, community-focused spaces. The project will not only enhance childcare availability within the growing Cobbitty area, but also reinforce Belmadar’s strong and trusted partnership with Jeckra in delivering exceptional facilities that support families and future generations.
