Belmadar was engaged in converting two open-plan offices to ‘Type C’ laboratories for the Sydney Nanoscience Hub, located on the University’s Camperdown campus. Project awarded with a very tight schedule, with completion required for the opening of the Sydney Nanoscience Hub. A minimal and restrictive design required specialist subcontractors and holistic coordination plans for each trade.
