Belmadar has been engaged as the builder of choice by the prestigious Tanya Pearson Academy of Dance.

The contemporary dance facility is located in the of heart of St. Leonards, close to train and bus connections, and has an abundance of free onsite parking. The new architect-designed facility houses seven spacious purpose-built studios with professional sound systems and sprung floors, an in-house theatre performance space, academic classrooms, pilates/gym & physiotherapy facilities, and a dedicated community space for students to socialise.

Creating this centre of excellence in Sydney has significantly increased performance opportunities for students. In addition, it has secured the future of Tanya Pearson Academy as a world-class ballet academy.
